For years, I thought my work was about helping organizations innovate and grow.
I've facilitated workshops for Fortune 500 companies, advised startups, worked with founders, scientists, executives, and teams across industries. And while every organization was different, I kept noticing the same pattern.
The biggest breakthroughs rarely came from a framework. They came from a conversation. The moment someone questioned an assumption they didn't realize they were carrying. The moment they saw a challenge from a completely different angle. The moment the noise settled, and the next step became obvious.
That's the work I care about now. Not telling people what to do. Helping thoughtful people think more clearly, ask better questions, and make decisions they can move forward with confidence.
